Christopher L. Hunter is currently a principal in CLHunter Consulting, Inc. With over 16 years of experience across manufacturing, service and government sectors, Chris has worked directly on the shop floor and in the boardroom. He has demonstrated the ability to drive business results by balancing innovative strategy with practical execution.

Chris has held numerous senior-level roles in organizational development and leadership development as well as human resources generalist positions. While at Mobil Oil Corporation, Chris was nominated by a business unit leadership team to receive the company's Pegasus Spot Award. He earned the President's Award at Ameritech and the corporate Encore Award at RR Donnelley, both for driving the companies' leadership strategies and leadership development programs.

Chris has a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis on Organizational Development from the University of West Florida.
