The right leaders make the difference. The talent pipeline begins with selecting leaders who will move the business forward. Whether external hires or internal talent, leaders with the right mix of people and technical skills are the most significant driver of business strategy.
And leaders must be placed correctly the first time. Otherwise, the organization may bear the burden of replacement costs ranging from 50% of salary up to 150% of salary, not to mention lost productivity of misaligned employees.
